Personal Pickup Conditions:

1) No additional shipping cost for local pick up. We encourage customers to pay before pickup. (How Do I Pay?)

2) You’ll receive a notification email when your order becomes available for collection. Please wait for the email before attempting to collect your order.

3) You must pick up your purchase/s yourself and present the original deposit slip (if already paid thru any of our payment channels) and your valid government-issued ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, please schedule ahead of time by contacting us:

(IMPORTANT: Government-issued ID’s such as SSS, GSIS, BIR, Driver’s License, or Passport bearing expiration dates that have passed are NOT acceptable)
