At Quotes in Quiz, we take pride in the quality of our pocketbooks and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in case you need to return a product or request a refund.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for physical pocketbooks under the following conditions:

    • The item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered upon receipt
    • You notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item
    • The item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

    • Digital products (eBooks or downloadable files)
    • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
    • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer error

Refund Process

If your request is approved:

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or GCash.
    • For credit/debit card or digital wallet payments: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
    • Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

 

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free replacements subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, you may choose to:

    • Wait for restock
    • Request a refund
    • Exchange it for an item of equal value
